Sales and Inventory Reports
All sales and inventory from orders are kept in an Access database. This enables the merchant to receive detail sales and inventory reports. The order information is kept for 90 days. Orders over 90 days is automatically deleted. If you wish to keep this over 90 day order information you can download the Access database and maintain that data on your local computer.
Enable inventory tracking: You can enable or disable inventory items sold per month tracking. Under "Edit Invoice Header" link. Default is enabled. Products sold must have an ItemID value.
Change invoice headers: On the sales order display the order is displayed formatted as an invoice that can be printed.  The header can be changed to your company name and address. Under "Edit Invoice Header" link you can change this. 

 

Reports by Each Order: Just click Submit to view orders for the past 30 days.
Sales order by Order number
Sales order by Customer Last name
Sales orders by Date ranges 
Reports Detail List: Just click Submit to view orders for the past 30 days.
Detail items sold on each order with totals per date range.
Detail items placed in shopping cart but NOT ordered. Use for analysis.
Reports on Inventory:
List all items sold with history of past 120 days broken down by month.
List all items sold sortable by ItemID or Order Number
