Administration

To access the admin menu go to: http://youradmin.net/login/admenu.asp The "login" is your login used when ordering your hosting plan. Enter "demo" as the default password. Change this under the "Change Password" link.

Admin Values: Set Your E-Mail 1) The "E-mail Sender" must be an email with your domain name. e.g. mary@yourdomain.com.   2) The e-mail box mary@yourdomain.com must be setup as an e-mail box in your e-mail setup section. Set Sort Labels: On the search page it displays this label. You can use another name. Set Default Option Values: When you add a new product each product can have different option label and values. This sets the default label and option values to save time on product entry.

Add, Delete, Edit and Search Products: To manage your inventory. Any modifications are changed in your database immediately and will display on any dynamically created web page. Explanations on how to enter each value is on the page.

Shipping Values: Set your State tax and shipping method and cost. Explanations on how to enter is on the page. You have 6 methods of shipping, handling charge and free shipping option.

Special Ship Values: You have the option for special shipping cost calculations on each order.

Style Values: Change your shopping cart style values. Change colors, text, add logo etc. See link on "Change Cart Style" for details.

Secure Credit Card Log: This link goes to the Secure server to retrieve your customer credit card information. See link on "Checkout Process" for details.

Sales Reports: Sales reports on all your orders and also the setting to track inventory (default) or not. You can search by order number, date, customer name, summary or detail listings, provides inventory report of all items sold by month. See link "Sales Reports".

Import External File: Used for batch uploading of inventory data into your database.

Update Category/Mfg list: Used to update the category and mfg drop down boxes. New product category's or mfg's only display after they are updated. See help file for more details.
